At Bow Arts we’re committed to supporting East London communities and artists. Designated by Congress in 2010 via House Resolution 275 , the celebration is designated to bring consideration to this trigger for elected officers and educational resolution makers throughout the nation and to assist equitable access to the humanities for all students.
